A. Cloud Registration:
English – Please register to activate your 12 Months Free Download Song service (Cloud Service). – – Receipt is required to upload for register Cloud Service. Uploading receipt to us can save you trouble of finding it in case you need it for warranty.
Chinese – 請註冊您的機器號碼便可享受12個月的免費雲端下載歌曲。必須上傳收據。若您以後不小心丟了收據，我們至少會幫您保留收據。
Viet – Xin đăng ký để quý khách có thể download nhạc miễng phí trong 12 tháng. Phải upload receipt. Chúng tôi sẽ save receipt của bạn lỡ như sau này bạn mất receipt và cần cho warranty.
B. Ways to Register: (choose 1 of the methods below)
- Fill in on line registration form –> BM-4000 Online Cloud Registration
- Text your Full name, Serial number, and receipt to 909-978-7784
- Email your Full name, Serial number and receipt to info@bestmediausa.com
- Put subject: BM-4000 Cloud Registration.
- If you are not sure of your Serial Number, press “System” and send us the picture like the photo at the end of this page.
- Please allow 1-2 business day for your account to be activated. Thank you.
C. When to Register (deadline)
1 *Machine purchased BEFORE October 2017, please register prior December 1st 2017
*2017 年10 月份前購買的顧客請在2017年12月01日前註冊才可享受一年完整免費雲端下載。若在12月01日後註冊您的免費下載服務只能從12月01日開始算了。
*Nếu bạn mua máy trước tháng 10 năm 2017, xin hãy đăng ký trước ngày 01 tháng 12 năm 2017. Như vậy bạn sẽ hưởng thụ 12 tháng miễn phí download. Nếu bạn đăng ký sau tháng 10 năm 2017, thì dịch vụ free download của bạn sẽ bắt đầu tín từ 01 tháng 12 năm 2017.

D. Look for Serial Number: not the number behind the machine.
– Serial number: press “System”, look for S/N: 80XXXXXXX on the lower left corner.
– 機器號碼: 按“系統”， 查看畫面上的左下角S/N 號碼
– Serial: Nhấn “System”, check S/N 80XXXXXXX dưới góc trái.
**Please allow 1-2 business day for activate your machine. We will send the notification message to your email or text your phone. Your 12 Months Free Cloud service will start when you receive the notification message
E. How to use Cloud Download:
Required:
- BM-4000 has to connect to WIFI (see guide)
- Machine’s cloud service is activated
- Machine is upgraded to the latest firmware (see Firmware)
